This webinar series consists of seventeen sessions, each approximately 1-hour in length, leveraging track-based learning to provide payments training for participants with various levels of experience - novice to seasoned payments professionals alike.

AGENDA

Payments University is an annual TCHPA event. Typically attendees gather in-person for this valuable training but the COVID-19 pandemic changed that and for the first time ever, all sessions were presented virtually (in May 2020) and recorded, allowing us to also offer it on-demand. The agenda includes topics in ACH, card, check, wire transfer, RTP, cross-channel risk and data security considerations.

For those with the AAP, APRP or NCP credential, this is also your chance to earn continuing education credits (disclaimer).
